Yes, you can. You’re just not allowed to wear non-bathingsuit type materials. You’re also not allowed to wear a tshirt or anything because of many reasons that I’ve forgotten.
I think that’d look cute, and I think you could wear a tankini that’s a bit on the shorter side.
